You can get every cut on your order.  Whatever you do not want will be put into sausage.  


Pork Chops or Loin Roasts Bone in or Boneless

Ham Roasts or Steak, Smoked or Fresh or Cubed Steak

Shoulders-Can be cut in half, sliced into steak, cut into two inch Boston Butt Roasts or

Country Style Ribs

Spareribs 

Neckbones-Fresh or Smoked

Hamhocks-Fresh or Smoked

Bacon

Sausage-Available in bulk, fresh link or smoked link.  

Flavors: Mild, Medium, Hot, Maple Brown Sugar, Jalapeno, Italian, Chorizo, Cracked Pepper and Cajun


Any part of your pork can be smoked.  We smoke for approximately six hours over Pecan Wood.
